Guided Embody Meditation - Integration Support
After a guided meditation, your system may feel tender, open, or deeply still. Integration is how we honor what arises—by slowing down, listening, and allowing the experience to ripple gently into daily life. Let the quietness linger. Let presence lead.
Integration Invitations:
Give yourself space after the session—pause before diving back into doing.
Journal or speak aloud anything you sensed or felt—no need to make sense of it.
Check in with yourself regularly—daily or weekly moments to feel, not fix.
Practice body awareness: gently scan from head to toe, noticing sensations without judgment.
Use loving touch—hand to heart, belly, or anywhere calling for your presence.
Offer affirming words: “I am safe to feel. I am here.”
Sip warm water or tea slowly—let nourishment be part of your presence practice.
Walk in nature—barefoot if you can. Let the earth hold you.
Trust that just by feeling, you're already healing.
A+Solmatic Flow Experience Integration
This movement journey stirs the body awake—liberating emotion, energy, and memory. Integration is not about holding onto the experience, but gently letting it settle. Keep listening. Your body is wise and will guide you if you slow down enough to feel. Integration Invitations:
Let yourself move freely after—stretch, sway, or be still if that's what you need.
Replay a piece of music from the session to anchor the felt sense.
Revisit the body part by part—head, neck, chest, arms, hips, legs, feet. Feel it all.
Let feeling lead. When you’re truly feeling, you’re not caught in thought.
Make time each day for mindful movement—walks, slow dance, or spontaneous gestures.
When activated or overwhelmed:
Shake or bounce gently
Move your tongue, eyes, or jaw—release holding
Let out sound—sigh, hum, groan, sing
Stay hydrated. Nourish with warm, grounding foods.
Be loving with yourself—nothing needs to be figured out right away.
Integration is the art of trusting your rhythm.
Assisted Shen Tao Traction Bodywork Integration
After receiving Shen Tao Bodywork, your body may feel more aligned, spacious, or simply different. This work reorganizes deeply, beyond words. Integration is about deep listening—meeting yourself with softness, curiosity, and reverence for what’s unfolding.
Integration Invitations:
Move slowly and gently after your session—your tissues are still unwinding.
Rest on the ground and notice your breath. Feel where your body meets support.
Journal or reflect on any images, sensations, or memories that arose.
Offer yourself time—there is no rush to understand, only to feel.
Tune in throughout the day with a simple question: “What does my body need right now?”
Drink warm water and eat nourishing foods. Integration happens through nourishment too.
Touch the earth, sit in the sun, let yourself be held by something bigger.
Remember: healing is nonlinear. Your body knows the way.
