Thank you for taking the time to meet with me during the Expo and allowing me to connect with you one-on-one. Whether your session was through a Face & Tongue Assessment, Pulse Reading, or Elemental Somatic Check-In, it was an honor to witness a piece of your journey.

These sessions may be brief, but they’re never surface-level. Each one offers a window into the deeper rhythms of your body — and into what your system might be asking for next. The body always speaks. And today, you listened.

Integration continues after the session. What was felt, released, or revealed today may still be unfolding. Give yourself space to notice, reflect, and respond with care. This page was created to offer you additional insight, gentle integration tips, and the option to reconnect if you’d like to go deeper.

🌿 Face & Tongue Assessment Integration

Your face and tongue shared an honest reflection of how your body is holding, processing, and speaking. These ancient maps offer clues about emotional residue, energetic stagnation, or physical imbalances — often revealing what we’ve been ignoring or carrying for too long.

Gentle Practices to Support Integration:
  • Look again. Tonight or tomorrow morning, take a moment in the mirror. Observe your face or tongue — not with judgment, but curiosity. What’s shifted?
  • Warm rinse. Sip warm water with a pinch of sea salt or turmeric to soothe your internal system and encourage gentle detox.
  • Facial touch. Use gentle self-massage across your jaw, cheekbones, and temples to invite release and circulation.
  • Journal prompt: “What truth is my body trying to tell me now that I’m ready to hear?”


💓 Ayurvedic Pulse Reading Integration

Your pulse opened a doorway into your elemental landscape. Through the beat beneath your skin, we met the subtle energies of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — reflections of your inner fire, breath, fluidity, and groundedness.

Gentle Practices to Support Integration:

  • Breathe and feel. Sit in stillness and bring your fingers to your wrist. Feel your own pulse — not to analyze, but to honor.
  • Honor what was named. Was there heat, depletion, congestion, or instability? Begin making a gentle adjustment today: hydrate, rest, stretch, or simplify.
  • Herbal support. If I shared a suggestion (like cumin tea or grounding foods), consider incorporating it today or this week.
  • Journal prompt: “Which element within me wants more attention — and what would nourish it?”


🌬️ Elemental Somatic Check-In Integration

This session opened space for your body to reveal what your mind may not yet have named. We worked with breath, sensation, and awareness to tune into patterns and presence.

Gentle Practices to Support Integration:
​
  • Ground through the senses. Choose one: warm your feet, sip something earthy, or press your body into a surface that holds you.
  • Movement follow-up. If you felt emotion arise, give it space to move through: sway, stretch, dance, or even just breathe it through.
  • Soften into now. Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Feel. That’s enough.
  • Journal prompt: “What part of me spoke the loudest — and what did it ask for?”
