A sacred pause for the ones who hold space for others.

We hold space for so many.
We witness transformation. We tend bodies, hearts, nervous systems, communities, and moments of becoming. We create spaces where others can soften, unravel, remember, and return to themselves.
But where do we go when we need to be held?
The Practitioner’s Integration Circle is an intimate gathering for practitioners, facilitators, healers, coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, herbalists, medicine makers, energy workers, ceremony holders, and guides walking a path of conscious service.
For a little while, we set down the role of being the one who holds.
We gather as people behind the practice.
To pause.
To receive.
To connect.
To integrate.
And to be among others who understand the path.

This Is Not a Workshop
There is nothing you need to learn.
Nothing you need to teach.
Nothing you need to perform.
And this isn’t a networking event designed around exchanging offerings, credentials, or business cards.
Instead, we meet one another beyond our titles and modalities.
The circle offers space to arrive in the body, reflect on what is alive within your practice and your life, share what you may have been carrying, listen deeply, and experience being witnessed without immediately being fixed, advised, or given a solution.
Sometimes the medicine is simply having somewhere to put down what we’ve been carrying.

This circle is initiated and tended by Katherine Mesa, but there is no single person responsible for holding everyone.
Once we gather, we hold the space together.
Each person has the opportunity to be both giver and receiver.
Witness and witnessed.
Practitioners can become so accustomed to giving that receiving itself becomes a practice. This gathering is an invitation to experience another way — one in which no one has to carry the container alone.

A Traveling Seed
The Practitioner’s Integration Circle began in Dubai and continues as part of Katherine’s nomadic practice of reciprocity with the lands and communities that receive her.
Rather than simply passing through a place, Katherine believes in bringing one’s gifts into relationship with the communities that make our journeys possible.
Tallinn is the next place this seed is being planted.
The hope is not simply to host an event, but to encourage a culture in which practitioners gather, support one another, exchange presence, and remember that those who hold others also deserve spaces in which they can receive.
