Trung considers himself an immersed mindfulness practitioner. He spends much of his time being present and meditates on a daily basis. Yoga Nidras was his introduction to it all in the process to improve his quality of sleep. This led to becoming intrigued with the power of the breath. learn how to meditate, Trung attended a 10-day retreat taught by S.N. Goenka that reinforced the importance of observing the natural breath and gaining insight into oneself and the laws of nature.
Trung shares his experiences and clarifies what mindfulness and meditation is like compared to common belief.
